Refund and Returns Policy

SHAI strives to give you a great shopping experience & great products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to let you know that you may apply for a refund within 5 days of purchase as stated on your invoice/receipt. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased outside of our website, please contact the retailer purchased from regarding their policy.
Shipping fees and Item(s) listed as Final Sale are non-refundable.
The product you wish to return must be in its original state and not opened, if it is used it cannot be replaced. We will not accept a return of more than 2 units of the same item(s) per order.

We ask you to ensure that a copy of your invoice is included with your shipment or you can mention the ORDER NUMBER clearly on the outside and inside of the shipment. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend saving the shipping receipt for your records. Please confirm the Order number, what is being returned, and return tracking details by email on our contact us form on the website. If we cannot locate your order number, we are unable to process the refund.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
-Product is damaged
-Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
-Serial Number tampered
-Product is used or altered
-If the request is initiated after 5 days of order delivery.

Item Damaged
Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at support@shaibeautyshop.com or on WhatsApp at 8928596556 with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
Step 2 – Allow us 72 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 – On reviewing your replacement request, we shall approve you to send it to our location via a paid courier.
Step 4 – As soon as the damaged product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).
